Shadowboxing and shadowboxes are very different, but at least they have one thing in common: they’re real. Still, it would be a shame to somehow end up helping your kid with shadowboxing when they were assigned a shadowbox project at school. That would probably end up with a very worried 4th-grade teacher when, instead of showing off their nifty arts and crafts project, your kid started throwing down moves in class.
