One HOA keeps changing the neighborhood rules, and one car collector keeps being affected by the changes. It’s almost as if the HOA dislikes having a car collector living in their jurisdiction!
Car collectors sure do get into their hobby. Lots of people enjoy buying cars that are fixer-uppers, then spending weekend after weekend putzing around and working on it. It’s a fun group activity too—if your friends come over, they can pop the hood and stand around and look at the car with you. Then, once the car is up and running, it’s a real victory. Taking that vehicle for a spin after months of working on it makes you feel like the coolest person on the road.
Now on the list of hobbies that take up space, this one certainly requires a lot of room. U/Independent-Grape586 has learned this all too well. The OP owns four motorcycles, a camper van, and seven cars. Seven! It seems like the OP just needs more space for their beloved vehicles. I’d never side with an HOA, of course, but the OP’s solution to HOA’s notice isn’t very kind to their neighbors. The OP needs to live on a nice big field or something, not a garage stuffed to the brim with cars and motorcycles.
