Have you ever worked in a call center? If you have, you are stronger than I, good person. I salute you! That is a hard job. Sure, maybe they’re sitting most of the day, but the kinds of people call center employees have to deal with phone call after phone call is just mind blowing. That takes some real patience and true inner strength. We’re talking phone calls from people who are insulting your intelligence for literally no reason! The entitlement that seeps through the phone from these callers seems painful.
One call center employee decided to take things into his own hand. His manager was off duty, so there was no supervisor on the floor. It was the night shift, so these employees were already prepared for some strange calls. They got one from a very entitled person who immediately started to berated one of the employees. So OP took the phone and pretended to be the supervisor just to troll this entitled caller. The caller kept getting so annoyed, he would hang up and call again. OP would see another employee answer for him and would take over just to start the trolling all over again.
