Over thinkers are the most unlucky people in the world. Not only do you relive your cringiest moments at 2AM, but you never know when the anxiety is going to come crashing into you. Most likely you’ll be at the airport, in a public bus, or scheduling a doctor’s appointment over the phone (for the first time since you mom did it for you), but sometimes we can just be anxious for no reason at all. In fact, my ancestors, who fought off wild beasts to survive, are probably watching me from beyond the grave wondering why I’m having a panic attack at the grocery store. Maybe it’s because they’re out of the lactose-free milk you like! Maybe you just hate how every Trader Joe’s employee is going to approach you to suggest some new cheese they’re carrying! Just do what your friends are always suggesting and just try to not overthink it like you always do. Simple as that.
