Life is funny because one day you can wake up and start to convince yourself that everything is looking up, and then 3 hours later someone farts on you on the bus. You never really can truly know what to expect in this world, so we usually recommend to people to expect very very little. From friends, from jobs, from coffee orders, then you’ll never be disappointed, and when your chai-latte doesn’t taste like utter a*s, you might actually begin to feel a little grateful. If you haven’t tried severely lowering your expectations, maybe try it for a day and let us know.
