Memes are a lot like Pringles. Once you pop, you can’t stop. They are less like their dedicated knockoff, Prongles. Once you pop, it’s not so great. It is hours upon endless hours of scrolling, and that’s not exactly a good thing most of the time.
We don’t want to get into the whole argument about whether memes are bad for you, and how bad for you they might be, though. Ultimately, we’re still going to keep looking at them whatever the definitive answer is. After all, so many get produced every day. It would be a shame not to appreciate the effort that gets put into them, even if it is very little.
We’re in luck, because lists like this exist for that very purpose. Perhaps not all these memes are going to be to your taste, but they’ll pass the time. Sometimes that’s the best we can ask for.
