There’s not a single human being on Earth that wouldn’t benefit from a good therapy sesh– none more than the overthinkers. Whether you’re talking to your bestie or a trained professional, the anxious crowd has a few qualms they could always get off their chest. Overthinkers will always create scenarios in their head, gaslight themselves, then use humor as a coping mechanism to try and laugh it off. You therapist might overanalyze that, but we think that humor is an excellent way to cope. So use that crutch of yours and laugh all day at these humorous memes that poke at your pain. Nothing changes a person’s mood faster than a smile. At least, that’s what MY therapist told me.
